Prognostics and Health Management Programs

Scoder’s first work on mass data mining dates to 2009. In 2018, with the support of prestigious partners at the forefront of data science, a new impetus was given to this work with the launch of our PHM (Prognostics and Health Management) program

Goal was to accelerate the implementation of concrete actions serving our Zero-Defect Strategy. At first, focused on a very specific product, it was then successfully extended to the entire product family.

Initially designed to improve the manufacturing efficiency, this work has also inspired our ability to offer our customers product dimensional developments to increase their performance.

The development of complex algorithmic methods combined with fifteen years of SCODER internal work allows our manufacturing experts to select the most appropriate parameters for each manufacturing batch.

Building on its initial successes in addition to associated productivity gains, SCODER is continuing its vast strategy to implement the PHM program.
